DESCRIPTION:Marty Melville based in Wellington is an award-winning Photo/video journalist who freelances to some of the largest and oldest news/photo agencies in the world today. AFP\, AP\, Getty Images\, AAP\, NZME and Photosport NZ \nHe has freelanced to AFP (Agency France Press) for 13 years and has covered events such as Pike River\, the Christchurch earthquake\, World Cups\, White Island\, and many other events.\nPhotosport New Zealand has been a client for 23 years and has covered the Olympics\, All Blacks tours\, and many other sporting events both in New Zealand and overseas. \nHis passion for photography started when he was 7 years old getting his first front newspaper page when he was 15.
