DESCRIPTION:We are planning a meetup to view the 2024 World Press Photo Exhibition.\n\nJoin us on Saturday morning\, 10am at the Asteron Centre\, Wellington Central\, near the Railway Station. Entry is $15 for adults.\n\nThe World Press Photo Foundation\, established in 1955\, is a leading organization in visual journalism. Its annual contest recognizes and rewards the best in photojournalism and documentary photography\, attracting entries from professional photographers worldwide.\n\nThe resulting exhibition tours over 40 countries\, showcasing powerful visual stories that capture the most pressing issues of our time.\nIf you are unable to join us\, the exhibition is running until 5pm Sunday 13th.
