Long Exposure: Theory Session
April 7, 2022 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Imagine you could keep your eyes open for a certain amount of time and capture everything you’re seeing in just one image – wouldn’t that be nice? That’s exactly how long exposure photography works; instead of “freezing” time, the idea is to capture everything that happens while the shutter is open.
This is a quick online theory session giving you a starter guide to this popular form of photography.
You’ll learn how to use ND filters to master the visual effects they can create, like making the water look like glass and clouds streak in the sky. You’ll also learn how to use long exposures to create stunning night photography and how to make light trails.
Once you’ve learnt how to master the visual effects with your camera, we’ll then teach you how to post-process the shots to ensure you get results.
This event will be hosted online on Zoom
