From Boots to Dragons

Join us for a timed photographic adventure from the heights of Mount Victoria to a legendary dragon’s lair.
Beginning at the Tararua Tramping Club, we’ll stroll downhill along footpaths with sweeping harbour views, colourful houses, heritage buildings, and plenty of Wellington character. Along the way, you’ll tackle creative, slightly cryptic photo challenges designed to spark imagination rather than speed.
No technical expertise required — just a camera (or phone), comfortable shoes (the route will cover 2-3 kms, mostly downhill), and a sense of fun.
Adventure awaits… and the dragon guards the finish line at the Welsh Dragon Bar. There you can finish with your chosen molten gold refreshment.
