Botanic Gardens Spring Photo Walk: Creative Photography
October 14, 2018 @ 10:30 am - 2:00 pm
The Spring photo walk lead by Jordyn O’Keeffe is the first in a series of photo walks being organised by WPS as part of the Botanic Gardens 150th Celebrations, alongside the Botanic Gardens ‘Fresh Shoots’ Photo Competition.
Jordyn’s photo walk will focus on Creative Photography, starting with a 45-minute tutorial in the Seminar Room at the Treehouse and followed by a guided photo walk through the gardens. Jordyn will be available to interact and share ideas with participants and WPS volunteers will also be available to assist.
Places on this photo walk are now full and registrations have been closed.
Jordyn has been teaching adults how to be creative through the medium of photography for over thirteen years. She holds an Advanced Diploma of Photography from Massey Univerisity and teaches continuing education photography courses through Wellington High School and Victoria University. She is particularly well known for her The Creative Eye course.
Jordyn’s teaching also incorporates photography mentoring and running workshops through her business “Shot in the Dark”.
See the WPS Events Calendar for more details on the Botanic Gardens ‘Fresh Shoots’ Photo Competition.
