Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of The Wellington Photographic Society will be held on Thursday 9 August 2018 at the Tararua Tramping Club rooms, 4 Moncrieff Street, Mount Victoria, commencing at 7.30pm.

The business to be conducted will include the following items:-

• Confirmation of the minutes of the previous annual general meeting.
• Receipt of the President’s Report for the year ended 30 June 2018.
• Receipt of the Treasurer’s Report for the year ended 30 June 2018.
• Adoption of the annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2018.
• Election of officers and committee members for the year ending 30 June 2019.
  The rules provided for the following officers:- President, Vice President, Immediate Past President, Hon Secretary and Honorary Treasurer and up to five committee members
• Determining the membership subscriptions for the year ending 30 June 2019.
• Recommending whether a financial review of the accounts for the forthcoming year is required
• Any other business

Notes

1. Doors will open at 7.30pm
2. In conjunction with the agm Gail Teale & Shannon Doyle has organised a photographic session with some Ballet dancers capturing movement.  It should be fun so bring your camera and tripod!
3. If you can’t attend the meeting in person, you can arrange for a proxy to vote on your behalf.
4. Nominations for Officers and Committee members close on Thursday 26 July.
