Meetup: Zealandia

Tucked up over the city of Wellington is Zealandia, an ecosanctuary reminiscent of the days before humans arrived in New Zealand.
Zealandia is a great place to photograph more than just birds – there are invertebrates, plants, fungi, and tuatara too (so you don’t need a huge long lens if you don’t have one).
Coming into autumn, the sanctuary residents are gearing up for winter, so we should be able to find plenty of birds looking for food.
Meetup time and place:
We will meet in the foyer at 9am on Saturday 27th April.
Keep in mind, we do not have an official Zealandia guide for this meet-up, but we do have a staff member who knows the sanctuary quite well
