This is our first meeting of 2022.

Special General Meeting

First off will be a brief Special General meeting to finalise some items from last years AGM and then we will kick on with the rest of our evening.

Bird Photography

Join a few local photographers as they share the secrets of producing eye-catching images of birds. Learn principles of composition, the best bird photography equipment, and when and where to shoot great images of birds.

Important Note: This will be a hybrid event. I.e you will be able to attend in person or attend a live stream of the event via zoom.

COVID-19 Protocol:

The following requirements will apply to all future meetings held at the Tararua Tramping Club Hall 4 Moncrieff Street, Mt Victoria:-

• Any potential attendees who are feeling unwell or exhibiting possible signs of the virus must not attend meetings
• Mask wearing will be compulsory at all meetings.
• Attendees will be required to scan the Hall QR code on entry, sign the club register and sanitise their hands
• Vaccine Passes or other evidence of full vaccination will be a condition of entry for meetings after 1 December 2021.
• The Society will ensure that socially distanced seating is set out before each meeting and that sign-in and hand sanitation facilities are in place.
• Suppers will be suspended until further notice although a supply of bottled water may be provided.
• The Society will use its best endeavours to allow zoom attendance and recording of meetings for those unable to attend in person.
• The Society may impose other restrictions as required by either government direction or the Tararua Tramping Club
