SUMMARY:Annual General Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The Annual General Meeting of The Wellington Photographic Society will be held on Thursday 9 August 2018 at the Tararua Tramping Club rooms\, 4 Moncrieff Street\, Mount Victoria\, commencing at 7.30pm. \nThe business to be conducted will include the following items:-\n\nConfirmation of the minutes of the previous annual general meeting.\nReceipt of the President’s Report for the year ended 30 June 2018.\nReceipt of the Treasurer’s Report for the year ended 30 June 2018.\nAdoption of the annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2018.\nElection of officers and committee members for the year ending 30 June 2019.\nThe rules provided for the following officers:- President\, Vice President\, Immediate Past President\, Hon Secretary and Honorary Treasurer and up to five committee members\nDetermining the membership subscriptions for the year ending 30 June 2019.\nRecommending whether a financial review of the accounts for the forthcoming year is required\nAny other business\n\nNotes\n\nDoors will open at 7.30pm\nIn conjunction with the agm Gail Teale & Shannon Doyle has organised a photographic session with some Ballet dancers capturing movement.  It should be fun so bring your camera and tripod!\nIf you can’t attend the meeting in person\, you can arrange for a proxy to vote on your behalf.\nNominations for Officers and Committee members close on Thursday 26 July.
