2026 Projected Image Competition

It’s time to get your images in for our annual Projected Image Competition. We are accepting entries up until midnight on 29 May.

The competition is open to all members of the society and is a great chance to share your work with other club members and get some feedback from our judge. There is no set topic so you can enter up to three images on any subject you like. The presentation from the judge and the announcement of the winners will be at our meeting on 11 June.

Projected Image Competition 2026

Have you been wondering about how your images stack up against other photographers? If so, you might like to attend our Projected Image competition.

This competition is open to all members of the society and is a great chance to share your work with other club members. It should be a fun night, and there are plenty of great images to inspire you as well.

Entry

  • Category: Open
  • Entries Close: 29th of May (Midnight)
  • Each member can submit up to three images.
  • Entries should be sent to comms@wps.org.nz by midnight, 29th of May (Midnight).
  • File Specs: Full resolution under 5MB
  • File naming: Number, First name, Last Name, Title (if any)
  • Colour Mode: RGB colour mode (not Grayscale)
  • Bit Depth: 8 bits/Channel
  • Colour Space: SRGB
  • JPEG Format: Baseline (“Standard”)
  • Your membership (Member Fees) must be current to enter this or any other WPS competitions.
