Loemis Meetup

Wellington’s annual Mid-Winter solstice festival, Loemis (https://www.loemis.nz/) is back with a month full of programming in the lead up to the longest night of the year.
The culmination is a parade to Oriental Bay Parade for a giant bonfire, energetic brass band, and colourful costumes.
This year the procession will begin at Waitangi at 5:30pm and promises to be a great opportunity for fans of night, fire, street, and music/dance photography.
We’ll meet at Waitangi park by the Skatepark at 5:20pm
