Sport Photography Meetup – Track Cycling

Track cycling is ideal, as you have ‘captive’ subjects who keep going past you with some regularity, and you can try all manner of techniques.

You can also leave bags etc in the middle of the park. It’s secure, as only officials go there. A sunhat is strongly advised, even in October. The cyclists are a friendly, welcoming bunch who give photographers great access, and they love getting/seeing images of themselves in action.
