PSNZ Print Circle
If you attended Barry Mahon’s talk on his PSNZ Honours portfolio and light painting demonstration, then you may recall Barry talking about the PSNZ Print Circle which helped him develop and improve his photography.
Barry has advised that there is space for a couple of new members and is hoping that one or both spots can be filled by WPS members.
You do not need to be a PSNZ member to join, being a WPS member is sufficient.
In the Print Circle, a folio of images is circulated between the members with two photos submitted by each member (between 16 and 20 images total). When receiving the folio, each member reviews the comments and suggestions made by others, adds their own comments, and replaces their own, older photos and comment sheets with the news ones.
You then send the folio to the next person, which can take 10 to 14 days.
