Andy Spain – Photography Workshops

Andy has moved into Egmont Street, one of Wellingtons most popular Laneways, just below the iconic skybox. He shares the space with TSE Architects and Melling Architects and uses his own studio as a place to run his commercial photography business, a small gallery and an area to run masterclass photography workshops.

Andy has taught photography at all levels over his career from Masterclasses in London, Undergraduate courses at the University of Hertfordshire and at the Wellington CEC. He holds a Masters Degree in photography from the University of the Arts in London and has been a professional photographer for the last 15 years.

Course:  Basic Photography & Photographing architecture and City Spaces

Paul Hoelen (2017 AIPP Landscape & Commercial Photographer of the year)

Join us for a talk with Paul Hoelen who is both the 2017 AIPP Tasmanian Professional Landscape Photographer of the Year and Commercial Photographer of the Year.

Originally born in New Zealand to a Dutch Sailor and an American Nun, Paul has managed to put his four passports to excellent use before eventually settling on the beautiful, wild island of Tasmania.

Sports Photography: Hagen Hopkins (June 28)

Hagen is a Wellington based photographer whose passion for photography began when he first ventured overseas. On his return to New Zealand, Hagen worked in camera departments in the film and television industry for two years before eventually leaning back towards stills photography.

Since completing his photography studies, Hagen has worked in staff positions at Photosport in Auckland and Sun Media in Alberta, Canada.
